The event is on Saturday, 6th December 2025. The fee is KES 5,600 for residents and USD 50 for foreign nationals without a work visa or alien card. It includes transport, park entry, lunch, hydration, security, photography, and access to certified professionals.
Wear layered hiking gear: long-sleeve polyester or thermal shirt, fleece jacket, shell jacket or poncho, and sturdy shoes. Essentials include 1L+ water, trail snacks, ID, phone, camera, sunscreen, and a small first-aid kit.
Follow the 6-week training program provided by Paragon Wellness and Unity Community. It includes endurance walks, strength routines, and recovery tips. Stay hydrated, rest well, and pack your gear the night before.
